    Thanksgiving Dinner

    Well it's time time of the year again   ;)

    Today, I am baking all my holiday goodies for tomorrow's Thanksgiving Dinner....

    Chocolate Chip Cookies
    Raisin Drop Cookies
    Sour Cream Raisin Pies
    Pumpkin Pies
    Caramel Apple Cake

    On the menu for Thanksgiving Dinner tomorrow.....

    Roasted Turkey
    Stuffing (inside and out..lol)
    Baked Sweet Potatoes with marshmallows
    Sour Cream & Chive Mashed Potatoes
    Kidney Bean Salad
    Scalloped Cabbage
    Green Jello/Pineapple Salad
    Corn Cobettes
    Cranberry Sauce
    Home Made Dinner Rolls

    There will be 5 adults and 8 kids   Tongue out

    Sour Cream Raisin Pie

    Have 1 pie shell baked and cooled.  In a qrt. sauce pan, cook on med heat until thick & bubbly, 1 cup sugar, 2 cups sour cream, 1/3 seedless raisins, 1/4 tsp. cloves(optional), 1/2 tsp. cinn, 3 eggs.  Pour into pie shell,  Cool & refrigerate.
